• Contest Period: PC 7A – 10B 2021 (Between July 1 – October 31, 2021, 11:59PM Pacific)
• Eligible to participate: All Active Brand Ambassadors
• Country Exclusions: None
• To Qualify
  Presidents, Diamonds and below: Accumulate a total of 5 points within the Diamond Zone or as a President during the contest period to qualify. Accumulation of points does not have to be consecutive but can be during any of the pay cycles within the contest period.
• 2 Star Presidents & above: 2 Star Presidents, Crowns and any BA who achieves PAR 2 Star President or above within the contest period qualifies for Diamond Destination.
• Maintain Active Status: Qualifiers must remain Active at all times during the contest period and up to when the trip begins. If BA is not active, all Qualifying Points will flush and requalification will be required.
  • All funds must be cleared with ByDzyne 3 business days after each Pay Cycle closes.
• Qualifying BAs + 1 guest: Qualifying BAs are allowed to bring one guest. For both you and your guest (Co-applicant, family member, spouse or significant other. No downline member), the Diamond Destination includes accommodation for 3 nights, 4 days in Punta Cana, company organized activities, along with all-inclusive food & beverages.
• Flights are not included.
• Contest trip cannot be converted to cash.
• Qualifiers cannot transfer their trip and/or benefits to another person. If qualifiers do not attend they will forfeit the trip.
• Contest terms & conditions may be subject to changes at the company’s full discretion.

Flight Reimbursement Rules:

• Once you qualify (with 5 points or PAR 2 Star President and above) for the Diamond Destination, every time you hit Diamond and above thereafter you get $200 each time towards flights. The $200 applies towards the Pay Cycle after you qualified for the Diamond Destination Contest.
  Example: Qualified means for Diamond Zone and President, you have accumulated 5 points to qualify for the contest; the allowance to qualify for the Flight Budget would start the next Pay Cycle. For 2 Star Presidents and above, the $200 allowance starts the Pay Cycle after you PAR 2 Star President and above.
  • The total qualifying reimbursement amount will be processed only up to the amount qualified.
  Example 1) You qualify for $600 towards flight reimbursement. If you and your guest’s tickets amount to a total of $800, you will get a reimbursement of $600.
  Example 2) You qualify for $800 towards flight reimbursement. If you and your guest’s tickets amount to a total of $600, you will get a reimbursement of $600.
  
• Any flight class is eligible.
• Submit a receipt of purchased flight ticket(s) via a support ticket through your Back Office within 1 week from the last day of the trip to process refund to BD Wallet (do not submit prior to the trip, it will not be reviewed). Only Active BAs who have attended the Diamond Destination Punta Cana trip via a flight will qualify for reimbursement.
• Once qualification is validated, reimbursement will be deposited into your BD Wallet. Reimbursement will be capped at $1000.

PROMOTION RULES:

• Eligible To Earn Promo: New & Existing Brand Ambassadors (BA) who are Active.

• Products & Kits that apply to Bonus: Only FIRST ORDERS of 100BV and above that are purchased by BAs (or PCs for USA) who enrolled within the promotional period only will count towards the Builder Status.
• Builder Set (GLOBAL) is defined as a personal enrollment of 1 BA on your left and 1 BA on your right each with an enrollment order of 100BV and above.
• Builder Set (USA) is defined as a personal enrollment of 1 PC on your left and 1 PC on your right each with an enrollment order of 100BV and above.
• Any odd number / single BA (PC for USA) enrollee first order that is not paired in a Builder Set (1L/1R) will qualify for the original 20% Sponsor’s IWB. Sales must be to different unique new BAs (PCs for USA).
• All qualifying orders must be paid within 3 business days from the close of the cycle.
• Any qualifying orders that have been refunded or cancelled, etc. will not qualify you for Builder status and the Promo.

• All other IWB levels (2%, 2%, and 1%) will be paid out at the normal percentage level. Refer to the Financial Rewards Compensation Program for more details.
• The promotional bonus will be paid out with PC9B-2021 commissions.
• At the end of the promotional period, all qualifying orders will be grouped into Builder Sets starting with the highest BV on each leg, and the IWB percentage will be paid out based on the best payout scenario. Sponsor’s 10% IWB will be calculated based on the sum of the BV per Builder Set.
  
  Examples: You enroll 2 BAs each with an order of 185BV on each leg (1L and 1R) and then enroll a 3rd BA with 535BV on your left leg. The best payout scenario is the order of 535BV on your left leg and the order of 185BV on your right leg which will qualify for the additional 10% Builder Promo and the standard 20% IWB. The third order of 185BV will qualify only for the standard 20% IWB as it is not paired with a matching order on the right leg.
